POLICIES:
- INITIAL CONSULTATION: All new clients will receive an initial meet & greet free of charge. During this time I will meet with you and your pet(s). Together we will discuss your pet’s needs.
- RESERVATIONS/INFORMATION: To make reservations or for further information, please call or email me from the contact section of this website. All requests will be responded to within 24 hours.
- PAYMENT: Payment in full is due at the start of the first service. I accept checks, PayPal and cash.
- CANCELLATIONS: 24 hours notice before scheduled service is required to avoid a cancellation fee. Holiday times will be charged 100% of visit fee for cancellations made 2 weeks prior to scheduled service. Xmas and Thanksgiving overnights require 4 weeks notice to avoid cancellation fee.
- KEYS: At the initial consultation I will collect a set of keys from you. Your keys will be labeled with your pets name and stored in a locked key box. Sleep Tight Pet Care prefers to keep your keys for future pet visits or dog walks. In the event you want your keys returned, a $10 service fee will be added.
- CUSTOM SERVICE: Every pet is different, if you do not see a service that your pet requires or you have a special circumstance give me a call, I will do my best to oblige.
